Are all drinking bottles BPA free?

Yes, of course! All drinking bottles are made of 100% BPA free plastic.

Can the drinking bottles go in the dishwasher?

We strongly advise against putting the drinking bottles in the dishwasher. We recommend that you clean the drinking bottles with lukewarm water and soap. Do not use bleach to clean the drinking bottle, in order to maintain the correct colors.

Can I put something other than water in the personalized drinking bottle, like Ranja?

We do not recommend drinking drinks other than water from the personalized drinking bottle. Drinks with coloring such as Ranja may cause parts of the drinking bottle to discolour. We also advise against filling the bottle with carbonated drinks, as this can cause leakage.

The product I want to order is sold out. What now?

In order to be informed as soon as possible about the new stock, we recommend that you enter your e-mail address for the product under the 'Sold out' button. You will immediately receive an email as soon as the product is available again.

I have placed a pre-order. When do I receive my order?

If you have placed a pre-order, it will be indicated with the product from when we expect to be able to deliver. This means that we will deliver within 1 to 2 days from the date indicated. Should anything change, we will inform you immediately.

I have not received a confirmation email?

We're sorry you didn't receive a confirmation email! Please check your spam box just to be sure. It can sometimes happen that some e-mails end up in the spam box. Still didn't receive anything? Send us an e-mail.

I have entered my address details incorrectly, what now?

Send us an e-mail as soon as possible with the correct address details and the order number. This way we can adjust the address details as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, it is no longer possible to change the data. In this case, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs to the correct address.

I want to cancel my order and have not yet received a track & trace, is that possible?

If you have chosen an item that is not personalized, it is of course possible to cancel the order. Have you ordered a personalized item? Then it is only possible to cancel the order if it has not yet been processed by us.

Delivery time & shipping
What is the delivery time?

We use orders placed before 12:00, the next working day at home. If a different delivery time is indicated for a product, we will stick to the delivery time of that product.

Do I have to pay shipping costs?

Orders from €55 or more are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany. For orders with a lower value, shipping costs will be charged. The standard shipping costs for the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany are €5.95. Standard shipping costs may be higher in other countries.

Can I track the status of my order?

As soon as your package has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the track & trace link with which you can track your package.

My package has not been delivered, what should I do now?

It is possible that your package has been delayed by the carrier. We advise you to keep a close eye on the track & trace. As soon as a new delivery date is known, this will be made visible in the track & trace. If you feel that something is not right, please send us an e-mail.

My order is not complete, what now?

When you have received your order and it is not complete or you have received an incorrect item. Send us an e-mail, always state your order number and send a photo of the received items, so that we can help you immediately.

Can I return my order?

It is not possible to return personalized items. If you are not satisfied or if the product is damaged upon receipt, please contact us and we can look for a solution together. Have you ordered an item that has not been personalized? Then you can return this item within 14 days of receipt, but the item must be unused and still in the original packaging.

I received my order damaged. What now?

It is unfortunately possible that your order is damaged during shipment. Of course we want to solve this for you. Send us an e-mail immediately, always mention your order number and send a photo of the defect, so we can help you immediately.

How does my refund work?

Returns are processed within 7 business days of arrival. You will then receive the purchase amount after 1 to 3 working days in the same way as the payment. If it has been more than 7 working days since the package arrived at us, please contact us to be sure.

I am unable to pay with Klarna. What should I do now?

Klarna performs a credit check and immediately shows whether your payment has been approved or not. It is possible that your order is refused. Unfortunately, we cannot see the reason for refusal. Klarna can be contacted for information about the refusal. We recommend that you place the order again and choose another payment method.

I forgot to use a discount code. What now?

Before placing your order you must enter the discount code. Unfortunately, it is not possible to settle a discount code afterwards.
